Three-Bedroom Villas, Loft Villas, Bi-Level Pool Villas and Panorama Penthouses. Two-bedroom villas are available on select floors.
Do all villas have outdoor areas?
Yes. Every villa is delivered with a private outdoor deck or garden.
How many parking slots come with a villa?
2BR and 3BR villas come with 2 appurtenant slots, Loft and Bi-Level Pool villas with 3, and the Panorama Penthouse with 10. Additional slots are subject to availability.
Is there storage included?
Yes, one storage space is allocated per villa, ranging from 20.5 to 45.75 sqm.
Where are the amenities?
On the 9th floor: adult and kiddie pools, a pool bar lounge, function hall, gym, and sauna with toilet facilities.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, household pets are allowed subject to the restrictions in the Master Deed of Restrictions and House Rules.
When is turnover?
Turnover is estimated to be in 2028.
What is needed to reserve a villa?
Two government-issued valid IDs, a signed Reservation Agreement, and payment of the reservation fee. Please confirm current terms with our sales team.
